Who we are

EduManual.com ("EduManual", "we", "us") provides educational content and learning tools for children aged 3–12 and their parents and teachers. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to run the service: (1) account details you provide when registering as a parent/teacher (name, email address and password); (2) learning-profile details you choose to add for your children (first name, age or age group, learning preferences); (3) learning activity data (lessons completed, quiz scores, time spent) attached to the child profiles you create; (4) technical, aggregated and anonymised usage statistics.

Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect children's precise location, phone numbers, school names, or public photographs. Children cannot create accounts, post public content, or message anyone.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service (progress tracking, recommendations, achievements), to improve content, and — only with your consent — to email you updates. We never sell personal information and never show behavioural advertising.

Children's privacy

We design EduManual to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, the EU GDPR and Singapore's PDPA. Children under 13 must use the site through an account created and managed by their parent, guardian or teacher, who provides consent by creating a child learning profile.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site (for example hosting), under strict data-protection terms, and when required by law.

Data retention

Learning data is kept while the parent/teacher account is active. You may delete any child profile at any time, which permanently removes that profile's learning records within 30 days. Contact us at admin@edumanual.com to request full account deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
