Who may use the service

Accounts may be created by adults (parents, guardians, teachers). Child learning profiles must be created and managed by an adult account holder. Children use the site only through such profiles.

Educational content

Our content is educational and informational, not professional medical, psychological or curriculum advice. Parents and teachers should preview content to confirm it suits the child.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' accounts, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful or harmful material, no attempts to contact children. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Content ownership

EduManual content (articles, lessons, illustrations, worksheets) is our property or used with permission and is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may print worksheets for your own children or class.

Parent/teacher submissions

Where comments are enabled, submissions are moderated and must be respectful and constructive. We may remove or edit submissions.

Availability

We aim to keep EduManual available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or retire features.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduManual is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
